    That solved it sir. Thank you for you guidance. Was trying to save to a directory that made no sense when i tracked it .

    Loggedin as admin, but going to log out then back in and try again.

    Having a problem saving charecter records in HD that I have just downloaded. The error I get reads as below. An error occurred during the save process. Please try again. Error Message: /Tael Fir Blade Singer.hdc (Permission denied) I am operating on a Mac as listed below OS X version 10.9.5 most current version of Java installed. I used older incarnations of Hero Designer for a long time and wanting to get back into the game. A real issue if I cannot save work obviously.
