Hi,
I have a player who is doing min maxing and for 28 points has powers to make him almost unstoppable.

23 Healing Power: Multipower, 28-point reserve, all slots Inherent (+¼), Persistent (+½), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +½) (63 Active Points); all slots Extra Time (1 Turn (Post-Segment 12), -1 ¼), Self Only (-½)
1u 1) Regeneration: Healing BODY 1 point, Can Heal Limbs, Resurrection (28 Active Points); Extra Time (1 Turn (Post-Segment 12), -1 ¼), Self Only (-½)
1u 2) Healing BODY 2d6+1, Can Heal Limbs (28 Active Points); Extra Time (1 Turn (Post-Segment 12), -1 ¼), Self Only (-½)
1u 3) Healing Any Attribute 1 ½d6, Usable By Other (+¼), Variable Special Effects (Any SFX; +½) (26 Active Points); Extra Time (1 Turn (Post-Segment 12), -1 ¼), Self Only (-½)
Can anyone take a look at it, tell me what you think of the power, is it one making anyone taking this into an unstoppable powerhouse . Is it to much for 28 points to make heroine unstopable and heal back for almost any case?
