    That I get, its that nothing I try modifies the real cost, I know the imputed value is the active points but nothing is reducing the active pool of the reserve

    I more mean the limits the book has for what powers can be taken.

    Hi, Im new to the Hero Designer software and I cant seem to figure out how to make it so the VPPs actual point pool get effected by modifiers, the control works fine but the pool itself dosent want to change.
