Hello, Its been years since I've played hero system but we started up a game of fantasy hero. One of the players wants to make a Paralysis and a sleep position. I was wondering if anyone could make some suggestions as to what power to use to build these on. I'm trying to keep the active points to around 30 points. We are using the 5th edition rules. Thanks for any help.
