So I want to build a 5th edition gadgeteer. I want to buy a base that is in its own artificial dimension, with of course the ability to teleport into the base for just the gadgeteer initially ( from anywhere ). I'd like to build the access as being post segment 12, skill roll required. The base itself I want to buy with Change Enviroment ( whereby the laws of time are malleable, it can go slower or faster then actual world ). Of course with it being a base it needs to be powered and have access to tons of tools for building things ( food toilets etc ), effectively being able to make all sorts of gadgets. A bit more about the teleport, I'd like to be able to teleport in from wherever they are, but the exit is going to be the same place the entry point was at ( a floating point perhaps? )
I have the hero designer software so could plug stuff in there if I get some suggestions.
If you have seen the old anime Tenchi Muyo, this would be similar to Washu's lab.
