I think I'm just reading more into this than I need to. It looks to me like this is how they came up with Ego Attack in the first place. EB (BOECV) with Invisible power effects, range LOS. 1d6 = 10pts So in a nut shell, just use Ego Attack. I'm fine with that. It just seemed funny to me that the UNTIL SPDB lists both powers in the Mental Powers section even though they're the same....

Ok, This has prolly been asked a million times, and if no one feels like answering it, please point me to it. What's the difference between a 6D6 EGO Attack and a 6D6 ENRG Blast Based on ECV +1? It seems to me that they are exactly the same. Both based on ego, both have mental defense apply, both have range LOS, both cost 60 pts, etc. Why would I take a EB(BOECV) over EGO Attack? Seems like its more work designing for the same net effect. Thanks, Mech-Ton
