Like persistent powers, can you confirm that Taking a recovery does'nt interrupt an Uncontrolled power, even if it's a constant power? There nothing about that neither in the rules nor in the FAQ. Perhaps it's evident... Thanks.

In the HS5E rules clairsentience examples, le Extra time limitation is not halved (even it's a Constant power); but in Star Hero, psy powers based on Clairsentience have got an halved Extra time limitation. In the HS Grimoire, Clairsentience spells have'nt got halved Extra time limitation too, even though Extra time is used only to activate them ! Why ? What is the difference ? The FAQ does'nt tell me more. Your rules are sometime so complicated to understand.

My first question to the rules conceptors... In the Combat Skill Levels description (p36), I don't see any references to mental combat; and in the figthing section (p246), there is no more details about that. Ego Combat Value cannot be increased with CSL ? At what cost ? For example : 5 points CSL to add +1 ECV with all mental combat 3 points CSL to add +1 ECV with 3 mental powers 2 points CSL to add +1 ECV with 1 attack power. With this system, EGO attacks shouldn't only based on EGO value... Thanks to all heros !
