I'm working on a martial artist. He's got a Multipower with various HTH attacks each with different advantages. How would i apply his ability to increase that damage with his str and/or martial arts?
I swear i remember reading once, that if a HTH Attack has advantages but your str, doesn't have those advantages, you can increase the damage from the HTH attack, but only up to double it's base DC (similar to an HKA), but i can't find this rule anywhere.
