Says in the FAQ (this page online, or p. 49 of the PDF), in a question on the time required to open a Teleportation Gate, that Teleportation with MegaScale does require the Extra Time needed for all NCM Teleportation. Well and good; I had wondered about that one myself. But in that question, it says the time required is a Full Phase, while both the 5th Edition Rulebook (p. 149) and a later question on the same page of the FAQ, give the required time as an Extra Phase. So, which is correct? Or are they both correct, with the time reduction to a Full Phase just a pleasant side benefit of the Gate Limitation?
