Apart from buying a Computer for it, is there any (legal) way in the system to make a vehicle so easy to operate that it almost literally "drives itself"? (That is, can be operated without penalty by someone who doesn't have the appropriate Transport Familiarity.)
Would something like a car with "TF: Small Motorized Ground Vehicle, Usable By 1 Other (Driver)" be permissible?
