1. If I have an entangle that works like the "mental paralysis" listed under the entangle power in the GMB, can someone affected by this power escape from it using teleport? Its not specifically purchased against the power (in the listing), but it makes sense that teleporting would have no effect.
2. If someone makes a find weakness roll on a character with 50% damage reduction, does the damage reduction get cut to 25%?
