radio sense group seeing around objects

This may seem an odd question. Looked through the FAQ and it didn't mention anything (so either it hasn't been covered, or its common sense )

 

Does radar sense give the user the ability to see "around" objects. I.e. if someone is standing behind a pillar (hidden from sight), does radar sense give me the knowledge that the person is there?
