Suppose a character who has just landed his hang-glider after soaring down (6" gliding) wants to run across a rooftop (3" running), swing with his grapeling hook across a gap(4" swinging), continue running(5" running), leap across a smaller gap (3" leaping) and down to a lower roof, then smash through the thick roof (1" tunneling)
Would this take at least three phases, regardless of the movement rates, because each of the six movement type needs to have its own unique half-move? Do the actual speeds matter--what if he could have moved the whole 23" with one type?
