Question re: Linked limitation

I do know that you cannot Link the same power to multiple powers in the same Multipower. However, can you Link a single power to multiple powers that aren't in a power framework? If so, do you purchase the Linked limitation for each power you've linked to?

As a default, no, that’s not legal. If the GM chose to allow it anyway, he would have to determine what value to set on the Limitation.
