Do you think he could be talked into it by Viper playing the, he can't handle your powers, you strike first...theory? Second, how many Viper agents are a somewhat balanced fight for a team of 3 350 pt heroes. One brick, two energy projectors. The Viper book was kinda vague as to the makeup of a normal assault squad. Freon will probably go along on the mission, but may bolt if the hero actually shows up, or any time the hero hits him or a nearby agent. Back in the days of 200 pt agents, a team of 5 VIPER agents would give those three heroes a good fight (particularly if they co-ordinated well and covered each other).
