If 4 hero's have teamwork and one of them has find weakness how do you apply the pooled stun damage?

The same way you would in any other situation. The Teamwork Skill has no effect on Find Weakness; it does not, for example, allow one character’s Find Weakness roll to halve a target’s defenses as to other characters. You calculate the STUN damage each attacker does (with the character who made his Find Weakness roll probably doing a lot of STUN, since the target only has half defenses), they add them together to determine if the target’s Stunned.
