We have a character with Megascale Teleporting where 1" = 100km, and she has one Fixed Location. I know for all other instances she must teleport at least 100km to use this Teleport, but if she is going to her Fixed Location or to any other Floating Locations, is it still necessary that these places must be at least 100km away, or can they simply be anywhere within the maximum range of the Teleport because they are set locations?
