Actually, while y'all here, does anyone have any more general suggestions for weather powers? It's not something I'm particularly familiar with.... For example: Weather Control: CE: 16" radius, 4 levels temperature adjustment, Varying Effect: +1/2. Total Cost: 51 points. Blinding Rain: Change the above to -4 Sight PER instead of temperature adjustment. There are some 55 weather power options in the USPD coming out. You can get several ideas from that. The important thing is to decide what effect you want the weather power to have, and then just build the Change Enviroment from there.
