Would like to understand Mental Damage Shield better. Have checked FAQ and done a search, but didn't find enough.
1] To apply a damage shield to a mental power, does it still have to be bought under the usual rules of DS, including 0End and Constant?
2] Does this advantage on a mental power require creating a new power? i.e. thi spower can no longer be used normally?
3] Just to throw a spanner into the works, the actual power creation in question is Mental Paralysis (Entangle, BOECV, affects EGO instread of STR.) Does that change any of the above?
(One more XP will be able to buy off charge limitation on use of definite articles and 1st person pronouns.)
