How would you build Wikipedia/HHG in Hero?

I was going to ask how to build the Hitchhiker's Guide in Hero, but I realised that such a build would also be applicable for the "usually accurate" Wikipedia.

 

How would you build those two things?

AK: Very Broad Galaxy Info 12-

 

Both with OAF (the guide itself). Adjust skill levels to taste.

Remember you're going to get information no matter what you toll. It just might not be very useful to your query, or you might already know it.

 

Not entirely sure how I would do it (maybe handwave it), but I'd try to set something up where how well you roll determines the skill level of the information you get. Say 12- max, extra time cannot improve it past 12-.

 

Something like this:

• -4 or more: absolutely basic information; probably nothing you don't already know
  
• -2 to -3: 8- roll; basics of the subject, enough to hep you find out more from some other source
  
• -1: 9- roll
  
• exact roll: 10-
  
• +1: 11- roll
  
• +2 to +3: 12- roll
  
• +4 or more: 12- roll, and a number of links to additional sources of information

Appropriate Skill Levels with a Focus (if you don't know something about the subject, it can be hard to even know what to look for--or how to apply it to the situation, for that matter). Done.
