Damage Resistance/Armor/Damage Reduction would also be appropriate, depending on your tastes. Cloak: I would also include a Mental Illusion (victims not protected by Dagger had terrible visions in his dark realm where they were manhandled etc...) and also a Drain of some kind (BODY and/or STUN - victims had their "light" sucked out of them).
