Summon with Charges

If I built the following:

 

Summon up to x54 up to 500-point card avatars, Expanded Class (card avatars; +1/4), Friendly (+1/4), Specific Beings (+1), 54 Recoverable Charges (+1); OAF (deck of enchanted playing cards; -1), Requires 1 Charge Per Summoned Being (-?)

 

What would be a reasonable value for the limitation in italics?

That's really something for the GM to define. I'd guess most GMs would set it at -1/2 or more, though not at a sufficiently high level to totally negate the value of the Charges Advantage. In fact, a more elegant way to handle it might be to negotiate a slight reduction in the value of the Charges Advantage with the GM to reflect the change in the way the Charges work for this Summon.
