Working on a VPP Mimic Pool for one of my PCs & had 2 questions come up that I'm probably overlooking the answers to in the Power Frameworks chapter of 5ER.
1) Doesn't it say somewhere that any Characteristic bought through a Power Framework must also take the No Figured Characteristics lim, or am I confusing old house rules with core rules?
...and...
2) Is it 5ER-legal (w/out GM handwave) to purchase Martial Arts in a VPP? I couldn't find anything specifically saying it's not, BUT I seem to remember reading something somewhere that MA's shouldn't be put in PF's.
