As usual all should be assumed to be at 350 point characters, in the case of Multiforms assume that the maximum points for either form is 350 Icestar & Iccicle of the Guardians: Able to project ice, these two heroes have learned to use there powers to many effects, such as create Ice sleds and fire blasts of cold.
