Dura Cloth is a wonder material created by a Heroic Scientist in the late 60's

Dura cloth starts as a clear fabric, it it's "X " state the cloth can be cut, dyed, etc... Once the outfit is ready a special chemical is applied that puts it into i's "Y" state, once in it's Y state it gains some special properties

In Y state, depending on the thickness of the fabric It either provides a 5/5 DR IIF or 5/5 Armor OIF (or sometimes IIF). Either one also provides LS: Intence Cold/heat/high pressure. It also has a DEF of 20 hardened or 25 hardened x2 depending on thickness type, this DEF is only for the breaking rules and does not protect the character

There is also a counter compound that will turn the fabric back into x state. If applied to a heavier suit (the armor) it will turn it into +5 PD/+5 ED

As stated above the cloth is almost perfectly clear in it's natural state, so even if the costume shows some skin this is very likely covered by the suit

It is available to the general public, an average set of tights with modification kit will cost aprox 15,000 (+5,000 for the heavier)american dollars, tailored suits are common among the upper echalons and can cost up to 10,000,000
