If a mental illusions effects roll is insufficient to effect the target do they know what it is that the attacker was trying to make them see/hear/etc.?
I'm trying to build a power that will allow a mentalist to interact with another character (speak, hand gestures, etc.) directly through that character's mind, regardless of environment (darkness, noisy area, etc.) or sensory ability (deaf/blind, etc.).
