1st, basic Absorption question;

say you have Absorption vs Physical that goes to an Energy Blast.

would points received from Absorption increase the end cost of the EB?

 

my guess is no, as at 1D6/5pts Absorption would just be an expensive EB that the hero must be hit before using.

 

Real Question;

How to build a power that will let our hero increase a HtH attack based on how often the hero hits?

(kinda like a Brute's Fury in CoV).

 

my best guess would be to buy Absorption with a +0 lim that it only applies to damage done instead of taken.

For a more linear and steady progression to number two:

 

HA +HA;Must Hit Once; +HA;Must Hit Twice Consecutively; +HA;Must Hit Four Times Consecutively; etc...
