It has all the powers, options, and variants from the USPD in easy-to-use HD format. The USPD Pack costs $30, significantly more than our average Character Pack, for several reasons: 1. It contains the entire contents of the book, whereas other Character Packs contain just writeups and omit character backgrounds and other useful info. 2. The Character Packs are intended as a supplement for our published books, not a replacement. We want to encourage people to buy the book, so we price the Character Pack higher than the book.
