Mind Control vs Body

If I bought Mind Control versus Body (probably not worth any modifier) would I be able to control inanimate objects, make them do things they're able to do without outside help? Like make a computer run programs, make a toaster heat up, that kind of thing? This seems like a useful technopath build, something to give control over objects within their range of abilities.

There is no such rule in the game, so if you wanted to do something like that you'd have to come up with your own rules.
