Having just read your answers to that question, I'm a little puzzled at what the point of this construct is if you meant what you said; since you already have to sense the target, it seems like you already have to effectively have a sensory point present, at which point I'm not clear why you'd bother with a power with this construction; it seems to at best give you what a little Telescopic Sense would.
