Last night my little brother asked me to draw him a sketch of a character he had an idea for. Although he doesn't play any RPGs he comes up with ideas for them and imagines stories around them. Now, why he asked me to draw this for him I don't know, I'm not much of the drawerfile but I figured I would humor him. Anyway, today I was chatting with him and he can't seem to find anyone in Vegas who plays and I decided to build out the character. However unlikely he is to ever see it. Dubbed Rad Rick by him I did encourage a slightly diffrent name. Anyway here is Rad Rick, err Radiation Overload in the numbers. The um, original source material is included as background.
