Stretching velocity damage: is it based solely upon combat stretching? Or can non-combat stretching distance count as well (in a non-combat situation, obviously, such as destroying a wall)? If he wants to use Noncombat Stretching to obtain a bigger velocity bonus, he can... but that puts him at 1/2 DCV, 0 OCV. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
