I would say you could only know who is broadcasting if that info is included in the signal. For example, the radio in my car will show (on the little digi-screen) what station I am listening to and what song is playing. One of the local college broadcasts does not contain the info about the music being played so I don't get that on the display. But having said that, I think more detailed info would fall under Analyze. Maybe add some sort of range/triangulation ability? Hmmm, do cell phones fall into HRRP category?
