Charges follow-up

mmshah

Question

1) Can a power with the Inherent advantage and Boostable charges, be boosted?

2) What type of action is it to stop/restart a Fuel Charge? Zero, Half, Full, Attack? Or does it go by the power?

3) If a Fuel Charge is activated as a slot in a Multipower, do the points need to be allocated to the slot to stop/restart the Fuel Charge?

4) Can a power with Recoverable Continuing/Fuel Charges, Recover charges while a charge is still active?

5) Can a power with multiple Continuing/Fuel Charges "stack" charges concurrently? (The example I'm thinking of is Suppress/Succor)

Thanks

Re: Charges follow-up

1. Yes, though I find it highly unlikely that an Inherent Power would legitimately have Charges of any sort.

2. It depends on the Power, not the Limitation. Typically activating any power is a Zero Phase Action, as discussed in the rulebook. Of course, the Extra Time Limitation or Trigger Advantage can change that, if desired.

3. Standard Multipower rules for uses of slots apply; the fact that the power has a Fuel Charge doesn’t change that, except insofar as the rules indicate otherwise for Continuing Charges or the like.

4. No.

5. It depends on the Power involved, not the fact that it has Charges.
