Steve Long Posted August 30, 2003 Report Share Posted August 30, 2003 Sold back Characteristics and the like aren’t Disadvantages, they’re straightforward reductions in a character’s value. Therefore, with the GM’s permission, a character could calculate the cost of a Summon taking them into account to reduce the Summonee’s overall point total. If the GM feels that’s abusive, he should make the character buy the Summonee as if it had the normal starting value in that Characteristic for its species/race/type.
