6E NND Maneuvers

The description of the maneuvers Choke, Choke Hold, and Nerve Strike simply state a damage in NND dice (1d6 NND, 2d6 NND) and make no mention of Strength. All the other maneuvers seem to mention explicitly that STR damage is included. Is the damage from these maneuvers fixed (except for Extra Martial Arts DCs for the martial maneuvers) or can you add your STR to these NND attacks (I assume reduced by an implicit +1 AVAD/NND Advantage)? If so, can you add damage from the Hand-To-Hand Attack Power in the same way?

No, you can't. The Martial Maneuvers in question are built with the "STR doesn't add damage" restrictive element, and the same logically and common-sensically (is that a word? ) applies to "ordinary" Maneuvers of the same type.
