IE: wall of thorns, block of super-heated rock, etc? can you link Telekinesis to a mobile Barrier to allow it to have 'force'? Sure; there are specific examples of this in the rulebook (e.g., the Electrified Fence on 6E1 323). 2. Yes, though I’m not necessarily agreeing that the examples you cite are best simulated that way.
