If a power is 'Obvious while being used' (Like skills, or Luck, or Body-Affecting Powers), and someone is granting the powers to another person via 'Usable By Others', then what is the default obviousness of the person granting the powers?
Example: Person can telepathically aid another person with their combat knowledge... defined as Combat Skill Levels, Usable By Others. The CSLs are 'Obvious while being used' (you can see people fighting better, but don't know their skill when they are not fighting) but... the granter of the power is....?
