Steve Trevor (Competent Normal DNPC) has made a deduction roll regarding the report of a sunken German U-Boat in Chesapeak Bay. He and Yeoman Diana Prince have concealed themselves on a cliff overlooking an isolated beach, and have spotted an approaching rubber boat. Wonder Woman, as Diana, has rolled her SocL: Secret Identity and has to radio General Blankenship when ordered by Steve. She then uses her Transform: Instant Change to turn into Wonder Woman. Steve has positioned himself to ambush Wotan and his two followers, but rolls Unluck and is spotted by a another of the German spy's confederates. Wotan runs as Steve takes on two Normal thugs, but Wonder Woman grabs him. One of thugs manages to stun Steve, while the other covers him with a gun. Wonder Woman lets go of Wotan, allowing him to escape, and uses her SPD 4 to make a half move Running +5", and her Missile Deflection: All Ranged Attacks, Usable with Others (+1/2), +10, OIF: Bracelets (-1/2) to deflect a bullet fired at Steve.
