Perceivability of Telekinesis

Hello Steve!

 

Is Telekinesis that can be detected with measurement equipment and interferes with electronic devices, causes lights and TVs to flicker and radios to produce noise Obvious to the Radio Sense Group and Inobvious to Sight? Is a + 1/4 Advantage (Makes an Obvious Power Inobvious to one Sense Group) justified?

That's entirely up to the GM based on his campaign. I'd probably require the Advantage (or maybe just an Adder), but reasonable minds may differ.
