Linked & Multipower question

Hi quick question here to make sure I've got this right.

 

Lets say I've got the following Multipower

 

60 Multipower Reserve (60) TK Powers

6 u 40 Strength Telekinesis

6 u 12d6 Energy Blast

 

Can I legally link the following slot bought outside the Multipower?

 

20 +20 Strength Telekinesis (Linked to 40 Strength TK in Multipower -1/2)

That arrangement is legal in the abstract. It would certainly be legal if the character were Linking some other Power to his Telekinesis other than more TK. The question is, can a character Link two instances of the same power to itself? In general, to prevent abuse, the answer is "no." The GM can allow it, of course, but the better course of action here is to just buy "Telekinesis (+20 STR)" and indicate that it adds to the Multipower TK, with no Limitation involved. Gravitar in CKC does something similar, but with the bonus coming from the Multipower rather than the outside power.
