You're creating a Mental Illusion of "my senses are overwhelmed and I can't perceive anything!". I suggest you use the "Harmful Illusions" rules on 6E1 251 and simply consider a Flash effect (of however many Sense Groups) as equivalent to STUN damage for these purposes.
