I tried and could not move it. Thank you in advance. New skills are tricky. Normally I would say Hero System discussion. However skills tend to be heavily influenced by the settings they apply too, so the right Genre Forum might be the better place. A added problem is that you are new as Poster, so likely where you can post is limited. Should be lifted at 10-40 posts, not sure what the current threshold is.
