Wardsman Posted August 23, 2016 Report Share Posted August 23, 2016 You still have to hit the enemy OMCV vs DMCV. Or shift it to OCV vs DCV with a limitation. You can not really get around that rule. Not up on 6th but I would ignore that if they drink it themselves and yes it should be con based to resist. Think of it this way my character makes sunscreen then gives to your character who puts it on. Do I need an ocv vs. dcv roll? for it to affect you?
