Aid Question2

Ok we are still having arguments over this so let me be more specific, a char's special effect is control over earth and stone, he creates a barrier that has 10 PD 10 ED 10 BODY. Now if he has an aid power with the same special effect that aid's body can he use this power on the already created barrier thus increasing its body?

That's up to the GM. Given the precise alignment of the special effects (no doubt indicated by a Limitation on the Aid), I'd allow it, no question (absent some game balance consideration that's not apparent given the bare-bones nature of the question).
