END cost for movement?

How do you figure the END cost for mundane, non-superpowered movement like Running and Swimming? In the HSR4, it was clearly stated in the Endurance chapter that 5" of movement cost 1 END, not counting NCM, but this reference appears to have been cut from FREd.

Use the standard rules for calculating END costs for all Movement Powers, just like other Powers. There's some info on this on 5E 84.
