I can't log into my old account:

https://www.herogames.com/forums/profile/58336-3uu8dh39sjhwhw/

I can't remember what e-mail I attached to it. I have all my paypal receipts for all of my purchases I've ever made with it. Is there any way I can gain access to it and/or the items I purchased again?

If you're talking about an account that you haven't accessed since 2013, then it's gone - the site software was changed in 2013 and only forum accounts were transferrable.

As always, it is highly recommended that you maintain your own backups of any purchased software/downloads (regardless of site).

The Account was made in November 28 2016, the last time i accessed this account was February 27 2018. All of my purchases and receipts take place between those times (2016 - 2018), well beyond 3013.

Here is the account, the link still works and I can see it:

I'll post a screenshot as well:

You chose a username of 3uu8dh39sjhwhw?

If you can't remember your login information and no longer have access to your email account (which was a gmail address "obfuscated" similar to your username), you're not going to be able to access the account again.

Again, maintaining proper backups/copies of your purchases is something that is strongly recommended (regardless of site).

Okay. I'll have to admit I'm not the most mentally stable person in the world. I'm really trying to make this work. I can show you all my receipts. Can you please tell me what gmail I put on this?

Your username went through several changes before ending up there.

The email address associated with the account begins with 4vv54bg54e5ggey.  If that's not enough to identify the email account that you used, then you may have obfuscated yourself out of an account.

If you can determine the email address that you used based on the above, then use the site's forgot password function to recover your password.  If you cannot (or no longer have access to that email), then the account is lost and your access to it cannot be restored.

That's not possible... [email protected] doesn't work? Am I doing something wrong? I do indeed have access to that e-mail but the website's telling me it's not registered!

The policy is for everyone's protection.

You chose to use either a false or a one-time email address on the site. You also chose to use a gibberish username...and, presumably, a random password that you did not record.  Your choices. You did everything you could to prevent yourself from accessing your account again.

Protection from what? I can provide all the proof in the world that this account is mine! I could even prove this without a doubt in court! Even Steam allowed me access back into my account! What more proof could an organization need more then a receipt, proving I purchased something? And what about security questions? I think this well beyond proves that I can answer any security question!

What? No other option what so ever? Every website I've ever dealt with has had other options, humble bundle, steam, itch io, blizzard. This makes no sense! I seriously have proven everything! This is rigid and unreasonable! I don't even get why you guys are upholding such... draconian policies unrelentingly! May i talk to you supervisor? I've spent more then $1000 dollars on this website! I can literally provide every single Username, E-mail and Password I've ever used on here! I can provide every single receipt of my many many purchases! I'll have to admit I'm mentally unstable and messed up the last E-mail and Password! But I'm trying to do better!

I’ll send an email to the address on record (the current one).  It’ll be from [email protected]

The from address on an email is meaningless.

You did not keep backups of your purchases, you don’t know your login information, and you either don’t know or no longer have access to your email.  You have lost access to your account.

I will be closing this thread after this post.

Regarding mental issues: the goal is to treat everyone equally, NOT to treat people as special or otherwise.

Your story is suspect, to say the least.  Multiple parts do not add up.

You have a gibberish account name with a likely invalid email address (possibly a one-time use email...more or less the same thing). You failed to keep backups of your purchases, but managed to keep backups of all your "receipts".  You forgot what email address you associated with the account or no longer have access to it. You forgot your login information.  You offered on multiple occasions to send an email "from" the address if we gave it to you...apparently trusting that we would not know that anyone can send an email from any address they choose (that's just how email works).

If I had to guess, the account in question was used as a shared distribution point (read: theft) and has been locked.  I will be making recommendations to Jason accordingly.
