I'd like to apologize to everyone for the inconvenience, first off. Secondly, the list is back on the web. The URL is http://www.globalguardians.com/masterlists/index.html Be aware that the Master List is currently undergoing a reformatting, so not all the pages are available. Steve Ball, the Global Guardians webmaster, is working as hard on it as he can in addition to his regular job and the other pages he creates for the GG. In addition, both myself and Guardians developer David Doepke is working to complete the missing entries. Like Steve, though, he's got a regular job and other things to work on.
