I'm playing a heroic game and were all new to the system, we are using characteristic maxima. For ground movement the soft cap is 20 after that the cast to buy 1m doubles to 2. My question is when say I have 30 meters of combat movement. Would I pay 4 end since the cost was 40 or 3 since the cost would normally add up to 30? I suspect it may be GM's choice

I was thinking of making a char that doesn't do well in high warm climates, in this case anything over about 70 degrees. Since this is about 10 degrees off normal I was going to create a complication. My problem is i'm not sure if it should be a physical complication of some type of Susceptibility/vulnerability. Any suggestions?
