Oh hey I noticed your links, do you have links where I can find X-men characters?

ok thanks , I was hoping a way around that, but I figured that be the case.

So I am litlte confused when it comes to a power upgrade with XP - espcially if the power has limitations. If i havea power that i want ot add too when I spend my XP say for an adder or an extra die of damage do I just spend the points and add it in as if the limitations weren't there, or do I have to disammable the power from scartch, pay for the new upgrade and the readd the limitations?

I am looking to make a virus that mutants would carry that could possibly infect other mutants, the virus would begin to scramble the infected mutants powers to become unstable. Possibly failing at times and even causing damage over time. Whats the best way to design a virus or a disease in the heros system ?

Range Cost: 5 Character Points for a single Sense; 10 Character Points for a single Sense Group. A nonranged Sense (such as Touch or Detect) with this Sense Modifier can perceive at Range in a 120-degree arc with the usual Range Modifier (just like, for example, Normal Sight). If a person has detect with Range is this treated as if detect has standard range ? Range + base points for power x10 m? Also if a character has a blast that is touch only, Area of Effect - body surface and punches a foe, the damge done Is ED for the blast, but do they also get there STR damage due to the fact there is physical STR behind the punch, this causing both ED and PD?

A character who buys teleport, with the gate limitation, and has an area of effect 4 m, with teleport sense from the powers book pg 340, I like to know if that character still is required to make an attack roll to place / center his power still at DCV 3, or does he attack the people with in his radius, also since it is an area of affect , range self only, does he need to buy usable on other since its a gate that when appears is center around his feet? can he even place the gate vertically or horizontally ?

Are Perception Rolls, consider a zero phase or half phase action ?

Re: how to group characteristics for the puropse of adjsutment powers? thankls for the response , how would one define " all " characteristics? including things like speed, body, stun, PD , ED etc ?

So my group is looking at this system, and we were wondering how grouping characteristics works, it would be for the aid power, with a couple of advantages, my friend wants to make an character with the aid power that can add too any/all of his characteristics ? But I can't find how there grouped , is there a section in the book that shows which characteristic falls into which category? or better yet a list of category ?
